I’ve known Jesus as a friend as long as I've had a conscious memory. My family’s story includes at least five generations of documented ‘southern Christians.’ Due to health issues my brother experienced when we were young children, I needed a friend like Jesus perhaps sooner than most. Through out my life, Jesus has remained a rock and an anchor, as He was in those early years.
